SAIC-Frederick is located at the National Cancer Institute at Frederick inside the perimeter of Ft. Detrick. The guest entrance to Ft. Detrick is Old Farm Gate on Rosemont Avenue/Yellow Springs Road in Frederick, MD. The best route to Rosemont Avenue is via Route15 through Frederick. See map for details.

Office Location
Administrative offices are in Building 428 on the Fort Detrick campus. Visitors take the Rosemont Street exit on Route 15 North, bear right on the exit and continue straight until you come to the Old Farm Gate on your right. This is about two miles from the Rosemont exit. It will be at the fifth traffic light.
Entering the gate, you will be required to show a government-issued ID with a photo. Visitor cars are checked thoroughly. You will be required to go to SAIC's Security Office to get a visitor pass (Building 426) the guard will give call our office (301-846-1154) for entrance to Building 428.
