SAIC-Frederick has many services available, including genotyping, array technologies, DNA sequencing, gene expression, and miRNA (microRNA) analysis. miRNA analysis includes high-throughput gene discovery and analysis, advanced sequencing, whole genome amplification, whole genome association, postgenotyping quality assurance and quality control, and associated bioinformatics and information management.
